1. System
Retail System Key User: SAP, Retail IT related systems & any other CGB systems
Generates & Manages promotion deal & seasonal sale

2. Order
Cleanses orders for Retail Shop in regular
Manages Retail shop orders (input in SAP, back order, invoicing, credit notes, etc.) and tracks deliveries
Manages repair service & warehouse orders and tracks deliveries

3. Operations
Generates ASN(Advanced Shipping Notice) for the GWP materials to the targeting customer
Handles with partner's EDI including order register, master information management, price change & other activities
Manages voucher orders, distribution & stock w.off(with & without cost) complying with the proper process
Posts daily sales result into SAP for the Web shop channel
Updates order list per IR customers & distribute to the related parties by schedule

4. Others
Supports on special projects such as introduction of new processes, other tasks requested

 

 

University Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in a Consumer Goods Business, Retail or similar fields
Native Korean & Excellent English proficiency in speaking, writing.
Good understanding of retail business, operation process & system structures.
SAP or similar system experience is preferred. (Not a mandatory)
Good skill of MS Office Packages: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams & Etc.
Proactive problem solver with ability to manage change effectively
Candidate who can onboard the team in October
